Who We Serve

The Minnesota MBDA Business Center assists clients that are U.S. based businesses majority owned and operated by socially or economically disadvantaged individuals regardless of race or ethnicity.


Our mission is to strengthen the US economy by helping to create economically vibrant, socially responsible entrepreneurs and business ventures. 

One on One Business Consulting

We focus on business & financial strategy, marketing, and organizational development, to help build scalable business ventures. 

Access to Capital and Bonding Assistance

We help with financial analysis, projections, and loan packaging.  We provide access to capital through commercial lending, and government, and private sources, including the MEDA CDFI (Community Development Financial Institution).

Mergers and Acquisitions, Teaming and Joint Ventures

We help with Due Diligence, Business Valuation, Deal Structure and Financing.  We have experience in several industries including engineering & professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, and construction.
